As our products are digitally customized, we do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds after the banner has been delivered.

However, we are committed to quality. If there is a mistake in:

• Your name

• Photo

• Business name
  Please contact us within 24 hours, and we will correct and resend the banner at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled before you upload your photo and name and before the banner is processed. Once the design work starts, cancellation is not possible.
